About me

I discovered my passion for sales at the age of 18, working as a sales representative at “Ultimate,” a HiFi outlet located in the heart of Sliema. Those four formative years taught me the fundamentals of customer service and the importance of understanding clients’ needs. Driven by ambition and a strong desire to grow, I decided to pursue a career in real estate.

My first interview was with a small real estate company, but I was not offered the opportunity to join their team. Rather than feeling discouraged, I became even more determined. Shortly afterward, I interviewed with Dhalia. The Human Resources Manager immediately recognised my ambition and determination and invited me to attend a second interview with Branch Manager Ivan Azzopardi, who, to this day, remains both a role model and a close friend.

In March 1999, my real estate career officially began.

I vividly remember attending my first Annual General Meeting at Dhalia, where I felt genuine admiration for the company’s top performers. Their success inspired me deeply and ignited a powerful drive within me to excel. That hunger to learn, grow, and consistently improve led me to become the company’s Top Sales Performer in 2002, at just 25 years old.

From that moment on, I never looked back. Focus, consistency, humility, and relentless dedication have remained the cornerstones of my career. Year after year, I have continued to build on my achievements, always striving for higher standards and better results for my clients.

In January 2012, I joined RE/MAX Specialists and currently serve as a Sales Associate and Co-Franchise Owner at our Tigné Point office.

My journey of success continued when I was awarded Top Performer in Property Sales across the entire organisation in 2013. Since then, I have received several local and international awards. Among the most prestigious are the Hall of Fame Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award, which I proudly received in Las Vegas in 2016 and 2019 respectively.
